How are you keeping yourself busy during these very strange times? 

The answer to the above question is……..Restoration of cycles, motorcycles, cars old and new, garden furniture, antiques, you name it we had it in for us to work our magic.

As Covid-19 hit the UK, many businesses were advised or forced to closed, Polytech decided that by introducing distancing and increased sanitising methods we carried on as “almost usual”. 

We had many new commercial customers come to us, their regular powder coater had closed, so managed to gain new clients due to being proactive, helpful and better quality ” I’m sorry, it had to be said”.

Moving forward, what has Polytech been doing apart from the usual?

We have refurbished and improved the Shot-blast bay.

Installed energy efficient LED lighting.

Replaced all heavy duty track rollers and added an additional 20 rollers to speed up production.

Finally,  we are just waiting for the delivery of our brand new VIXEN Aqua-blast machine.
