We are very proud of our Powder Coating Service, all of our staff are trained Expert Gema applicators, we have the latest Gema units all maintained to the highest standards, This ensures along with our attention to the base material preparation and condition, using our in house Shot-Blasting machine guarantees we are doing everything possible to create the highest  quality finish with the most durable adhesion. We can powder coat items up to 8 metres in length, 3 metres high by 2.6 metres wide, our conveyor powder coating line allows us to powder coat batch work of smaller components up to 2500 units per day.
